Jon commenced in the financial services industry in 1992 and has gained experience across both the financial planning and insurance sectors. His diverse background includes corporate management roles within public companies as well as establishing his own practice. Jon is a founding partner of MW Planning.

Nicholas, a former State Manager for Norwich Union, commenced in the industry in 1987 in senior management roles including AIG Australia. He is a founding partner and manages the Life Insurance Division of MW Planning P/L specialising in Risk Management Strategies.

With 30 years of experience in Banking & Finance, in Superannuation & Insurance and Direct Property Ron heads up the MW Financial Advisory division. Ron has a long and proven track record of successfully owning and managing boutique financial advisory businesses that provide holistic and complete wealth management to investors. In an industry dominated by banks and life insurance employed financial planners selling in house products, Ron helps the MW team of advisors whose interests are aligned with helping our MW clients secure their future and achieve their long term financial goals that are important to them. Ron knows the success of any advisory business comes from caring about your clients and earning their trust by building long term relationships.
